Stephanie is an experienced clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping her clients achieve their treatment goals and feel well. She has worked across a variety of settings including public mental health, not for profit organisations, in research, and in private practice. She has extensive training and experience in the psychological assessment and treatment of mental illness in adults, children, and adolescents. Stephanie is committed to providing high quality services to people living in rural and remote areas.
Stephanie has experience working with individuals with presentations such as anxiety disorders, depression, stress and adjustment, grief, developmental trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). During therapy she is interested in learning about your unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Working within the neurodiversity affirming approach means we seek to affirm and celebrate your neurotype and help you access the right type of support. This may look like changing the environment to reduce distress, supporting your communication needs, educating others to better understand / support you and teaching you skills that align with your individual goals.
Stephanie holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Psychology with first class Honours from the University of New South Wales. She holds full registration and endorsement as a clinical psychologist from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). Stephanie is an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor for registered and provisionals psychologists and more recently she became a qualified yoga teacher (200 hour certified yoga teacher training with Jai Yoga Australia).
